  • Nutrition Support to maximize the effort you put into your training.

The Elite Performance Plan is designed to provide you with all the tools necessary to train hard (and smart), achieve realistic and specific goals for where you’re at in your training journey, and propel you to the healthiest and happiest physical version of yourself. All programs are two months in duration to ensure we have enough time for positive adaptations to take place and for us to create proper training & recovery habits to achieve your goals. Anywhere between 2-4x per week is the ideal frequency for this plan as 2 sessions in the gym per week is the minimum number of days we need to see positive growth. 1x per week programs & house calls will be on a case by case basis.

*Partner & Group training is available upon request. Rate’s will differ.

Payment Options

  1. Monthly Payments - Sessions will be paid for on a monthly basis, invoices can be sent out at the middle or end of the month to meet your needs.

ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM - $400 ($200/MONTH) + GST

  • A personalized online program designed specifically to provide you optimal results and work around any limitations.

  • A report of your progress after the program has concluded.

  • Weekly check ins for support, questions & accountability through phone call or chat through the app.

  • Mobility, prehab & rehab support for injuries & problem areas.

  • Nutrition Support so you can achieve optimal results from your training.

The Online Training Program is a more budget friendly way to engage in training with me and achieve greater results with your training. Like my 1 on 1 training plans, my online program operates on a 2 month frequency to allow enough time to see positive growth. Through these programs, you will have the ability to provide me with notes & videos that I can directly engage with and provide you instant feedback so you can ensure everything is being done correctly and safely. In addition to the program, you have one discounted 1 hour in person/virtual session for $60 if you’d like form checks and any in person feedback.
